the white as a water mark is too much of a contrast. However i like the large graphic used as a watermark. You have to look twice before realising its from the logo. Once again i needed another colour to give it interest, I tried with blue and purple. I think I will stick to just the blue colour. I like the bottom left in the 3rd image and the ones with blue and orange with the large graphic. I might even lighten the colours again so they really are just water marks. Maybe a white background with really light watermark.
